Style Guide
Brief
THOC needed a visual identity that could represent a long-standing developer while still feeling modern and design-led. The brand had to communicate trust, high standards, and a contemporary approach across both print and digital brand moments.
Strategy
The direction was shaped around the brand attribute Adaptive Modernism, balancing a clean, contemporary feel with the weight and credibility expected from a developer with deep experience. The system was designed to stay minimal, legible, and consistent across real-world applications.
The Mark
The identity pairs a distinctive icon with a clean wordmark, designed to hold its own across signage, collateral, and digital use. Typography was selected for clarity and a modern, structured feel, supporting a brand that’s meant to look current without chasing trends.
Typeface: Dinamika Sans, chosen for its straightforward geometry and legibility across brand usage.
Applications
The system was extended across key developer touchpoints including core collateral and branded materials, ensuring the identity stays consistent in real-world use and not just in a deck.
Result
A modern, architectural identity system built to match THOC’s experience and positioning, with a flexible logo setup that remains clear and legible across a wide range of applications.
